GAEA AI is proud to announce a groundbreaking partnership with the UK’s largest Surgical AI Research Centre, SWLEOC (South West London Electic Orthopeadic Centre), part of Epsom & St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust to advance clinical research and pioneer new approaches to medical discovery. At the heart of this collaboration is Gaea’s Large Geotemporal Model (LGM), which will be deployed to traverse and enrich disparate datasets, unlocking transformative insights for healthcare innovation.
Transforming Healthcare with AI
The first phase of this partnership will focus on a program with the South West London Elective Orthopaedic Centre, one of the largest orthopaedic centres in Europe. Gaea AI’s LGM will ingest a wide range of data, including clinical, geotemporal, and imaging datasets, to uncover new research opportunities and accelerate the pace of medical breakthroughs. A key focus of the project is leveraging the LGM to enable a data rich AI environment which makes all data ‘available’ for AI driven research and innovation.
Driving Innovation in Medical Research
By combining AI-powered research capabilities with the NHS’s world-class clinical expertise, this partnership aims to drive innovation in medical research and treatment development. GAEA AI’s LGM will enable researchers and clinicians to identify patterns, predict outcomes, and create actionable insights that could transform patient care and improve treatment pathways.
This pioneering initiative reflects GAEA AI’s commitment to harnessing the power of trusted AI to tackle some of the most pressing challenges in healthcare. Together with the NHS, GAEA AI is shaping the future of clinical research, empowering the medical community to deliver better, faster, and more accurate care for patients across the UK.
